〉 Day 1: [ Cochin – Munnar]
Tour Itinerary
You will be picking from Cochin Airport / Ernakulam railway station and drive for Munnar (04 Hrs drive). On
the way enjoy some waterfalls like Cherrappa Waterfall, Varala Waterfall, Attukul Waterfall Photopoint,
Also Tea Museum, Tea Plantation and natural scenic spots. The Tea Museum displays the history and
evolution of the tea plantations in Munnar. Entry fee Rs.125/- per adult, the museum is open to tourists till
5pm. If you are a flora lover, pay a visit to the Floriculture Centre Munnar. Commonly known as Rose Garden,
it has over hundred varieties of flowers and herbal plants. Open from 10 am to 5 pm and charges Rs.30 per
person. * Entrance fee / activity charges not included unless otherwise mentioned with inclusions. Overnight
stay at the hotel will be arranged. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

〉 Day 2: [ Munnar Sightseeing]
After breakfast, spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams -
Mudrapuzha, Blossam Park, Eravikulam National Park (Closed As of Now), Nallathanni and Kundale,
Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British
government in South India. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake
and Echo point, WONDER VALLEY ADVENTURE AND AMUSEMENT PARK. Afternoon proceed to
Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Tea Museum -displays
the history and evolution of the tea plantations in Munnar. Entry fee Rs.125/- per adult, the museum is open
to tourists till 5pm.
If you are a flora lover, pay a visit to the Floriculture Centre Munnar. Commonly known as Rose Garden, it

person. The Eravikulam National Park in Munnar is one of the five national parks in
Kerala, with rich flora and fauna, which is home to the famous Nilgiri Thar. The park closes at 4 pm. Entry fee
(Indian adult = Rs.120/-, Indian Child between 5 to 12 yrs age = Rs.90/-, Foreigner= Rs.450/-) The Mattupetty
Dam / Lake is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Munnar, surrounded by lush green forest. Entry fee
Rs.40/- per person. Open from 9:30 am till 5 pm. You may also engage in boating and horse rides [depend on
availability] (ranges from Rs.50 to Rs.700). The Kundala Lake / Dam is one of the most picturesque locations
in Munnar. It requires no entry fees, but boating activities costs from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/-. Visitors are allowed
till 5pm. Visit the Photo Point and Echo Point with no entry charges. * Entrance fee / activity charges not
included unless otherwise mentioned with inclusions. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.
Please Note the Eravikulam National park It remains closed during the months of February to March, every
year since it is calving season. Tea Factory / Museum closed on Monday. Optional activities are available in

〉 Day 3: [ Munnar - Thekkady ( Periyar) ]
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (04 Hrs); on arrival check in to the hotel.
Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. The
Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green
forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a
Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake (Own Cost), Spice Plantation visit
and Elephant Ride (Own Cost) can be done at an extra cost, In evening you can visit Kalari Show,
Kathakali Show. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

〉 Day 4: [ Thekkady – Alleppey ]
Morning proceeds to Alleppey. Alleppey is a charming village on Vembanadu Lake. The land is known for its
azure backwaters, swaying palms, and floating houseboats. A 4-hour scenic drive through typical Kerala
Village, Paddy Field. On arrival check-in at Kettuvallam known as a famous Kerala Houseboat. Lunch at
Houseboat. Cruise through the unique web of lakes, lagoons, canals, and rivers. Visit Snake Boat,
Historical Church, Paddy Field, Kuttanadan Region the only region that cultivates rice below sea level.
Enjoy the spectacular sunset. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated
houseboats. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual -
skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products,
rustic homes, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Overnight onboard

Morning disembarks from the Houseboat at boat jetty. Proceed to Cochin before visiting famous nearby
tourist attractions of Cochin such as Mattancherry Palace, Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church and the
beautiful Cochin Marine Drive. local sightseeing in and around Cochin. Cochin - the Queen of Arabian Sea,
this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World and was one of the major centers for commerce and
trade with British, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, etc. Places to visit: Jewish Synagogue, also known as
Pardesi Synagogue, is the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations. Open from 7 am to 12
pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm, remains closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Jewish holidays. Entry fees
Rs.10/- per person. Just outside the Jewish Synagogue is the famous Jew Town, where small shops and
stalls are put up that sell Indian and Chinese antiques. Open from 5 am to 9 pm. The St Francis Church,
where the famous Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gamas body was initially buried, is yet another significant
tourist hotspot in Kochi well known for its beautiful architecture and ambience; it is one of the oldest churches
built by the Europeans. The church is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. No entry fee. Dutch palace,
which is also known as Mattanchery Palace, though built by the Portuguese, it is a perfect example of Kerala
style architecture. Open 10 am to 5 pm and charges Rs.20/- per adult and Rs.10/- per child as entry fees.
Santa Cruz Basilica is one of the finest and most impressive basilicas in Kerala. Built and named after the
Portuguese Santa Cruz, the church is open to visitors from 8 am to 6:30 pm and requires no entry fees. Also
get the best view of the Chinese Fishing Nets from the Vasco da Gama Square. Enjoy the city lights and the
backwaters of Kochi in Marine Drive that stretches along 3.6 km. Kochi is also home to every shopaholics
heaven, the LuluMall which is the largest shopping Mall in India. * Entrance fee / activity charges not included

company is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations due to political strikes or roadblock,
Monuments, parks, rides, etc. to be closed without prior notice. Terraa Hotels are not responsible for
compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by guests while taking a tour.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per instruction given by the hotels. Vehicle Ac will not work at hill stations.-
No refund will be made if you will not use any services provided by us in the Inclusions.

• For a heater, you can pay directly to the hotel.

sightseeing and for missing sightseeing Terraa Hotels is not responsible.
• AC in the vehicle will not work on any hill stations.
• In case the Client didn’t Pay Installment on the date given in the invoice, a late Penalty will be charged from
the Guest.
• Terraa Hotels is not responsible for machinery disturbance i.e. mechanical disturbance in a Volvo or in-
cab, Tyre puncture, or any other mechanical issue during the trip.
• The vehicle has been charged for the fixed inclusions. If the client used a vehicle apart from the itinerary or by
any chance the day has been extended guest has to bear the cost of the extra services or extra time (Guest
dropping time is before 10 PM).
• After making the payment of a particular package if clients make any amendment or changes or if clients want
to postpone the dates needs to bear some certain charges of the same and all rights have been reserved by
Terraa Hotels only.
• Changes in the package in case of government orders, pandemic situation, political strikes, curfew, natural
disaster, airlines delayed or any other such reasons have been done at extra cost and that has to be bear by
the client only.
• The cost of each package has been calculated on the basis of fixed inclusions. In the scenario of
customization required, then cost shall be incurred on the basis of value additions.
• Postponed Charges are Dynamic and can be Changed depend on Number of Days Left in Travel ( Min 10%
to Max 30% of the Entire Package Cost) In season time & Long Weekends season surcharges will be
applicable and need to bear by guest Only.
• In case of bad weather, flight cancellation, change of schedule of flights, the company will not be responsible
for any refund.
• Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such a
tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination, or thoughts about such tour.
• All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
• The itinerary flow is subject to change without any Prior Notification.
• Payment should I made as strictly per the payment policyor on the instalment date if the client fails to do so
the company is not responsible for the given hotel or vehicle as we need to transfer the same to them.
• If the client is not happy with the instalment date in special cases he/she can request the Travel Consultant
can extend the date of the instalment (Subject to approval).
• The initial amount of 2000 or 3000 rupees is for the blocking of the package we will confirm the hotel and
vehicle only when we get the full 40% of the initial package.
• Without receiving a 40% amount we could not upload or give the vouchers.
• If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year, or any other important day) then it is
mandatory and chargeable from the hotelier direct.
• Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late checkout, smoking room, non-smoking
room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to
availability upon arrival and the same cannot be guaranteed prior.
• Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented
by the travel agent.
• If the guest/client is making the payment that means he/she automatically accepting the T & C.
• Terraa Hotels is not liable for the care of personal items of travellers during the trip.
• Any loss or damage to any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold, etc. is purely the customer’s responsibility.
• In case of non-compliance with payment terms, Terraa Hotels reserves the right to cancel the booking.
• Any amendments/additions to the package (dates, inclusions, itinerary, etc), will be done at an extra cost to
the customer.
• Changes made to the package will be made as per the cancellation policy of the original package and the
customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
• In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government
orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Terraa Hotels will try its best to reimburse the
traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Terraa Hotels are not
obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
• In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/Govt. Cruise is not operational due to weather, technical, or other
unavoidable reasons, Terraa Hotels will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
• The rate of the package (international/domestic) can be changed without any prior notice.
• Star Categorization of hotels is categorized on the basis of location, services, facility, and costing and not as
per star categorization i.e 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities – NGT (National Green Tribunal) Rules &
Regulations National Green Tribunal has implemented a few restrictions & instructions for every traveller
visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:-
• The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day is restricted to 1000 /-, out of which only 600 petrol engine
taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed. Due to this restriction customers have to wait as per the availability.
• Visit Rohtang pass can be on individual/sharing by deluxe bus subject to availability.
• If the client failed to pay the instalment on time booking will be released automatically from the system and
later on, the guest just needs to pay Re booking charges for the same.
Postponed and Amendment Policy
After making the Payment of a Particular Package, If clients want to make any Amendment or if clients want
to Postpone the dates (that too of any reason) clients need to bear some certain charges of the same and all
rights have been reserved by Terraa Hotels only.

Domestic Package Payment Policy
1. 40 % at the time of Payment (1st Installment online)
2. 20% after 7 days of getting the vouchers (2nd Installment online)
3. 40% during the tour in cash.
Note: If the customer wants to make the third instalment online he/she needs to inform us at least 7 days
before his/her travelling date.If the client paid through payment getaway 2.5% extra charges need to
bear by the guest only.
Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Amount is Non-Refundable.
2. In between 45 days to 30 days:- 40% retention of the Total Package.
3. In between 30 days to 15 days:- 70% retention of the Total Package.
4. Less than 15 days of check-in:- 100% retention of the Total Package.
